Persevere is a survival management game where you lead a crew by rail across an alien world, tending to their wellbeing as their personal stories unfold. Pursued by an alien force, you'll defend the train while your crew scavenges for fuel, resources, and lost technology. Can you persevere long enough to escape?

Narrative events adapt to your past decisions and crew personalities, with outcomes that impact gameplay. You shape your story.
It's about people, not just numbers. Manage stress, loyalty, and traumas. Hold your crew together while keeping your train operational.
Hold the line with towers which are customised and enhanced through research. Adapt your strategy to withstand evolving threats. This enemy can't be defeated, only delayed.
Your train acts as both your crew's home and the foundation of your defense. The acquisition and choice of carriages determines available towers, abilities, and progression.
No two journeys are the same. Each run offers new crew, locations, resources, and train cars. Only the fight to survive remains constant.
We were inspired by survival management games like Frostpunk, where you manage a settlement and engage in the story of its people.
What if that settlement wasn't static? What if the experience became a journey, full of tension, mystery, and momentum? That question became the foundation of Persevere.

Persevere will be available on Steam for Windows, Linux, and Steam Deck.
